Serbian Party in Germany over Germany's Loss

Yesterday I was in Frankfurt am Main because I needed to do something in Indonesian consulate. Yesterday was a special day for Germany especially for the football fans. Germany played against Serbia.

The bad news is, Germany lost 0-1 to Serbia. It was totally unexpected. Germany had defeated Australia 4-0 and it lost yesterday to Serbia.

I kind of believe the referee was a little bit unfair. Miroslav Klose didn't deserve a red card. And, it was very bad that Podolski did not succeed the penalty kick. Man, that was a very good opportunity for the German team to have a goal. But Podolski's kick was so predictable and bad that Serbian goalkeeper could catht the ball.

Good thing about watcing this match in big city like Frankfurt (not in my city Saarbruecken) is that there are pretty many Serbian fans too there. If I had watched this match in Saarbruecken, all I could see would have been sad and angry German fans. But I was in Frankfurt and Frankfurt is a multinational city. All I could see was Serbian fans dancing to the music played by the Frankfurt street musicians. They did not care at all eventhough they're in Germany but they were very happy for Germany's loss.

These are the pictures from Serbian party tomorrow. All of them were captured in Hauptwache and Konstablerwache, Frankfurt a.M., Germany.
