The match between Germany and England last Sunday is actually controversial. One goal of England was cancelled by the referee. Of course I'd hate it too if I were a fan of England. Well, however Germany won 4-1 to England. Even if the goal hadn't been cancelled, Germany would've won this match too. I'm not a football expert but the strategy of German team was very awesome I think. Well fine, Germany had a bit of luck too actually. But I guess England was disorganized last Sunday.
Of course we partied again after winning this tough match. The party was even better with this great weather. So, a friend of mine captured some photos of the party in Saarbruecken, Germany. And, the pictures are interesting and have lots of interesting stories. They were captured around Rathaus, Wilhelm-Heinrich-Bruecke, Staatstheater, and St. Johanner Markt. The problem is Germany always has to play against difficult teams this year. Germany was in Group D forcing them to play against Ghana, Australia and Serbia, which are not bad at all. And, against England in round of 16. And in quarter final against ARGENTINA. Oh hell. It's too bad I won't be able to watch this match against Argentina. But I guess there won't be many guests in the restaurant so probably we can hopefully watch the match in the restaurant. And, I hope Germany can still go on to semifinal. I believe they can do it.
Anyway, my internship at Neunkircher Zoo begins on Thursday. I am so excited about it.
